Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Paralegal with a background in elder law to support our attorneys in delivering high-quality legal services. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a small team environment.
This position will require you to be timely, organized and detail‑oriented.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and prepare legal documents related to elder law (wills, trusts, powers of attorney, Medicaid applications, etc.)
Assist with client intake, communication, and case management
Maintain and organize client files and documentation
Conduct legal research as needed
Coordinate with clients, courts, and external partners
Support day‑to‑day office operations as needed
Qualifications
2+ years of experience as a paralegal (elder law experience strongly preferred)
Familiarity with estate planning and/or Medicaid planning
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal practice management software
