
Bankruptcy Assistant

Responsibilities
Notarizing documents and distributing them
Handling court filings and court notifications
Managing all inbound bankruptcy electronic notifications
Supporting reaffirmation agreements (training provided)
Assisting/supporting a team of 6 bankruptcy specialists
Managing central bankruptcy email inbox
Distributing work to assigned bankruptcy specialists
Processing vendor/attorney invoices
Auditing documentation and uploading to document retention systems (Blitzdoc / AIQ preferred)
Handling inbound mail, checks, and electronic court notifications
Maintaining deadlines across multiple competing priorities
Adhering to compliance, audit, and internal policies
