Job Description
Provides support to end users on a variety of issues. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. Documents, tracks, and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution. Assists in day-to-day installation of servers and network equipment, structured cabling project work, and capacity management. Works with network servers, racks, and devices. Assists in the development of innovative ways to automate and scale the network.
Qualifications
Associate’s degree in a related field (may be optional)
0-3 years of experience in the field or a related area
Experience in cabling (Copper, Cat5, Cat6, Fiber), labeling, A+ certification, Net+ certification (nice to have)

Contract position based out of Johnstown, OH. Fully onsite.
Pay And Benefits
Pay rate: $22.63 - $22.63/hr.
