
Front Office Coordinator

Position: Front Office Coordinator
Purpose We’re looking for someone dependable and friendly to help keep our office running smoothly. This role supports our office team with day-to-day tasks, offers consistent and friendly customer services in accord with company goals and guidelines, provides administrative support to all areas of the business. You’ll often be the first voice our customers hear, so a positive and helpful attitude goes a long way.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls, route messages, and follow up promptly on inquiries
Schedule and book new customer estimates from inbound calls and lead platforms
Follow up with leads to ensure timely scheduling and strong customer communication
Represent the company professionally as the first point of contact for customers
Perform general administrative tasks including filing, copying, and correspondence
Process credit card payments accurately and securely
Monitor office supply levels and communicate restocking needs to management
Support office staff and assist with day-to-day operational needs
Qualifications & Skills
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Previous customer service experience preferred
Professional, friendly, and confident phone presence
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable using office technology (phones, computers, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, etc.)
Ability to learn quickly and accept both positive and constructive feedback
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
