Back Office Assistant - LVN

The Back Office Assistant - LVN is a licensed healthcare professional who performs non-invasive routine technical services under the supervision of a licensed physician or nurse practitioner in the medical practice setting. Pay range is from $29.48 to $48.61, depending on various factors.

This is a full-time position that will support the SOCPA Rancho Santa Margarita office with potential to cover at other SOCPA offices as needed.

Required experience: Previous experience or internship in a clinic or medical practice.

Required education: Graduate of a Licensed/Vocational Nursing Program.

Required specialized skills: Ability to set goals and judge results in accordance with the highest standards and respect; advance care through development of new ideas and technology; promote teamwork to achieve CHOC's mission; and understand and exceed customer expectations, effectively solve complex patient care and organizational problems, role model positive and professional behavior.

Required licensure: Basic Life Support (BLS); Licensed Vocational Nurse CA (LVN).

Physical activity and sensory requirements include lifting, bending, and various other physical activities, as well as requirements for color discrimination, depth perception, and vision.
