Overview
Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an HR Coordinator- Oracle to join a dynamic team in Pasadena, California. This temporary assignment will last for six months and is fully on-site, providing an opportunity to work closely with the HRBP team. The role focuses on supporting the HRIS Administrator in managing critical aspects of HCM systems and HR data, as well as contributing to various projects related to data management and technology.

Responsibilities

Support project, ad hoc, and quarterly system testing for Oracle HCM, providing findings and feedback to the HRIS Administrator.

Assist in ensuring accurate employee data entry, audits, reconciliation, and remediation efforts to maintain and improve data integrity.

Support the planning, organization, and completion of HR internal projects across each phase of the project lifecycle.

Partner with the HRIS Administrator and Reporting Lead to maintain documentation and document control for people processes within systems.

Maintain clear and consistent communication with team members while anticipating needs and identifying potential issues.

Assist in rolling out and maintaining special projects related to process improvements, ensuring accurate data provision to clients.

Run and process ad hoc reports, providing input on trends and outliers of the data.

Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by supervisor and upper management.

Qualifications

Intermediate to advanced analytical skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Critical thinker with emerging business analysis skills.

Strong customer focus and professional demeanor.

Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing, with internal and external stakeholders.

Impeccable attention to detail and a passion for processes and systems.

Strong organizational and execution skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities.

High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.

Proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of Smart Sheets.

Ability to build and interpret foundational analyses within Excel and Smart Sheets for decision-making.

Knowledge of current HR systems, including Oracle HCM, DocuSign, HireRight, and Sterling.

Bachelor's degree or related experience required.

1 year of hands-on experience with Oracle Human Capital Management and HR Operations.

Required Work Hours
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Benefits
This position offers a competitive pay range of $30 to $35 per hour.

This is a six-month temporary assignment, fully on-site in Pasadena.
