HR Generalist: Manufacturing Growth & Culture

Keystone Distinction Group, located east of Des Moines, is seeking an HR Generalist to support a collaborative HR team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include onboarding new hires, handling HR inquiries, and maintaining compliance records. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and at least three years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, along with strong communication skills. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, although not required.
