Job Description
Senior HR Business Partner

We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to partner closely with senior leaders and drive high-impact people initiatives across assigned business units or functions in a high-growing, dynamic organization.

In this role, you will operate at both strategic and operational levels by shaping workforce strategies that accelerate growth, build high‑performing teams, strengthen leadership capability, and scale people programs developed by our People Centers of Excellence (CoE) to address key business priorities.

Responsibilities

Drive business outcomes through people strategy by partnering with senior executives to translate growth priorities into organizational design, talent strategies, and scalable execution plans.

Leverage and operationalize CoE solutions across talent management, compensation, performance, analytics, and workforce planning, ensuring adoption and alignment with business needs.

Lead through influence by embedding in the business cadence (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to surface risks, remove bottlenecks, and identify opportunities before they show up as negative outcomes.

Use data to make informed decisions on headcount, organizational structure, capability gaps, and productivity optimization.

Own outcomes, not just programs by tying people strategies directly to measurable business metrics such as recruiting, retention, engagement, and leadership development.

Turn insights into action by anticipating workforce risks and proactively addressing challenges before they elevate.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

3+ years of experience in HRBP or People Partner roles within high-growth, fast-paced environments.

Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, rapidly evolving settings.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate people data into actionable insights.

Executive presence with the confidence to challenge, influence, and align senior stakeholders.
