Information Technology Infrastructure Manager

As the Infrastructure Manager, you will oversee the design, operation, and continuous improvement of the on-premises data center and disaster recovery sites, ensuring maximum uptime and security for supporting the business and users. What You Bring to the Table
7+ years of experience in infrastructure or data center management
Proven track record managing enterprise data centers and disaster recovery environments
Hands‑on proficiency with VMware, Hyper‑V, and Windows Server clustering
Deep understanding of physical and virtual server platforms
Experience developing and executing backup, recovery, and DR failover processes
Demonstrated leadership in supervising technical teams and managing cross‑functional projects
Strong troubleshooting skills complemented by excellent documentation and operational discipline
Nice to Have Skills
Supporting hybrid environments integrating on‑premises and cloud platforms such as Azure
Familiarity with Commvault backup solutions and enterprise monitoring tools like SCOM and SCCM
Experience in regulated or audit‑intensive sectors
Relevant industry certifications (Microsoft, VMware, Security, Infrastructure)
Preferred Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred
Extensive hands‑on experience in data center operations and infrastructure management
Additional Requirements
Ability to support disaster recovery testing, planning, and execution
Strong communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams and documenting procedures
Willingness to oversee a hybrid work environment - 3 days in the office, 2 days work from home
