IT Technical Account Manager | vCISO
We are seeking a forward-thinking vCISO to serve as a trusted advisor to our clients. This role blends technical expertise, strategic planning, and relationship leadership to align technology investments with business growth. You won’t just “manage accounts.” You’ll shape technology roadmaps, influence executive decisions, and drive meaningful outcomes for organizations that rely on you as their strategic partner. What You’ll Do

Own and manage 15–25 client relationships as their primary technology advisor

Develop and maintain 1–3 year technology roadmaps aligned to business objectives

Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strategic planning sessions

Identify opportunities for infrastructure modernization, cloud adoption, cybersecurity improvements, and operational efficiency

Partner with internal Service Desk and Project teams to ensure successful execution of initiatives

Oversee multiple concurrent client initiatives and priorities

Provide executive-level recommendations backed by technical insight"+

What You Bring

3+ years in a client‑facing IT role (Account Management, IT Consulting, Project Management, or similar)

2+ years of hands‑on technical experience (Helpdesk, Systems Administration, Infrastructure, Cloud, or Security)

Strong understanding of:

IT infrastructure

Cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Azure, etc.)

Cybersecurity best practices

Network and systems architecture

Experience leading business reviews and presenting to leadership teams

Ability to translate technical complexity into clear business value

Proven ability to identify growth opportunities and advance strategic initiatives

Strong organization, prioritization, and communication skills

A growth mindset and passion for emerging technologies

Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience a plus.
