IT Technical Account Manager | vCISO
We are seeking a forward-thinking vCISO to serve as a trusted advisor to our clients. This role blends technical expertise, strategic planning, and relationship leadership to align technology investments with business growth. You won’t just “manage accounts.” You’ll shape technology roadmaps, influence executive decisions, and drive meaningful outcomes for organizations that rely on you as their strategic partner. If you enjoy translating complex IT concepts into business value—and thinking 12–36 months ahead instead of just solving today’s tickets—this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Own and manage 15–25 client relationships as their primary technology advisor
Develop and maintain 1–3 year technology roadmaps aligned to business objectives
Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strategic planning sessions
Identify opportunities for infrastructure modernization, cloud adoption, cybersecurity improvements, and operational efficiency
Partner with internal Service Desk and Project teams to ensure successful execution of initiatives
Oversee multiple concurrent client initiatives and priorities
Provide executive-level recommendations backed by technical insight"+

What You Bring
3+ years in a client‑facing IT role (Account Management, IT Consulting, Project Management, or similar)
2+ years of hands‑on technical experience (Helpdesk, Systems Administration, Infrastructure, Cloud, or Security)
Strong understanding of:
IT infrastructure
Cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Azure, etc.)
Cybersecurity best practices
Network and systems architecture
Experience leading business reviews and presenting to leadership teams
Ability to translate technical complexity into clear business value
Proven ability to identify growth opportunities and advance strategic initiatives
Strong organization, prioritization, and communication skills
A growth mindset and passion for emerging technologies
Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience a plus.
