Are you an experienced Loan Officer who thrives on client experience, structuring deals, and managing a strong pipeline, but doesn’t want the constant pressure of hunting for every deal?

We’re looking for a relationship-driven, detail-oriented Loan Officer to step into a high-opportunity role supporting a top 1% originator and leadership team.

Past clients

Client referrals

Realtor and partner relationships

You’ll focus on what you do best: advising clients, structuring loans, and delivering an elite experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

Manage and convert a steady flow of warm inbound leads

Guide borrowers through the loan process from application to closing

Structure deals across a wide range of loan products

Deliver exceptional communication and service to clients and partners

Build long-term relationships that lead to repeat and referral business

Collaborate with a highly experienced operations team to ensure smooth closings

Compensation

Commission-only structure

Tiered compensation based on monthly funded volume

New opportunities from transaction relationships (e.g., listing agents)

Who We’re Looking For

Minimum 5+ years of mortgage origination experience

Strong product knowledge across:

Conventional, FHA, VA

Non-QM mortgages

HELOCs

Second mortgages

Exceptional customer service and communication skills

Highly organized and able to manage multiple files at once

A likable, relationship-first professional who clients trust

Motivated by growth, opportunity, and being part of a winning team
