Overview
The Student Support Systems Facilitator provides leadership in the development and implementation of building-level systems to support early intervening services. This position is responsible for coordinating Tier 2 and Tier 3 behavioral interventions, coaching staff, supporting data-based decision making, and monitoring fidelity of implementation to ensure students receive timely and effective support prior to consideration for special education evaluation.
Responsibilities
Coordinate Tier 2 and Tier 3 behavioral interventions
Coach staff
Support data-based decision making
Monitor fidelity of implementation to ensure timely and effective student support prior to consideration for special education evaluation
Qualifications
Kansas teaching license
Master’s degree in education required
Experience in teaching required
Deep knowledge in the areas of emerging literacy, numeracy instruction, and social-emotional instruction
