Job Summary
Applies advanced knowledge of principles, theories, concepts and training practices and procedures to create and conduct training programs, support development initiatives for stakeholders based on identified needs and address talent acquisition requirements covering all areas of specialization within the Company.
Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities
Work performed is of moderate scope and complexity that requires independent judgment and ingenuity, using current policies and practices for guidance, to meet Company personal and administrative training requirements needed for the development of Stakeholders.
Creates and implements training programs, practices and procedures for Stakeholders to include the design, development and delivery, responsible for the training content of the Learning Management System.
Supports Stakeholder development initiatives, to include training programs, career path planning and mentoring.
Assists in identifying skill gaps and recommending appropriate training procedures based on known training methods such as group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, workshops, interactive training sessions and individual coaching.
Classroom facilitation support for key organizational initiatives such as onboarding, interpersonal skills, team skills, leadership development and the Ray Siegfried Leadership Academy.
Conducts recruitment for exempt and non-exempt Stakeholders; utilizes online recruiting sources to identify candidates. Monitor career path program during the hiring process.
Develops, plans and executes recruiting programs to meet business activity and/or recruit Stakeholders with specialized or hard to find skill sets, requiring commitments to both onsite and offsite recruiting in a variety of venues. Authors and places job advertising in various media streams.
Delivers presentations at schools, organizations and job fairs regarding the organization and associated opportunities.
Assists with managing university relations programs and recruiting events on targeted campuses; supports the company's internship program and intern experience.
Assists in reviewing organization staffing, training and development plans and programs to ensure consistency and adequacy in attainment of goals.
Performs other duties as required. These duties may include assignments in job classifications and departments other than the primary assignment.
Minimum Qualifications
Education Requirements
Minimum 4‑Year / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline (or equivalent combination of experience and training).
Experience Requirements
3–6 years of related experience.
Skills and Competencies
Communicates effectively using electronic media and in written and verbal forms.
Makes telephone and direct personal contact with internal and external personnel and presents to small or large groups.
Operates standard office equipment and demonstrates competence in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to work in excess of eight (8) hours per day and five (5) days per week, if required.
Must be able to ascend and descend stairs.
