This role will primarily focus on collaborating with regional HR teams to design and deliver scalable development programs tailored to the needs of top and critical talent areas across various regions.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with regional HR teams to identify talent development needs for top and critical talent segments.

Leverage standard scaled development programs and develop new scalable talent development programs that align with regional business objectives.

Drive initiatives that enhance leadership capabilities and succession planning within the regions.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of development programs, making data‑driven adjustments as needed.

Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for talent strategies.

Support change management efforts related to talent development initiatives.

Qualifications

Proven experience in talent management, learning and development, or HR leadership roles.

Strong understanding of regional talent dynamics and business priorities.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Facilitation skills are an added bonus.

Ability to design and scale development programs across diverse geographies.

Experience working with cross‑functional and regional teams.

Min 12 years of experience in talent management, learning and development.
