16/hour
Same Day Pay for all Employees

Responsibilities
Greet residents, visitors, and staff with professionalism and warmth
Answer and route incoming phone calls efficiently
Manage front desk operations, including visitor sign‑in and badge distribution
Maintain a clean, organized, and secure reception area
Provide general administrative support as needed
Communicate clearly with clinical and administrative departments
Uphold HIPAA and confidentiality standards at all times
Schedule & Availability
Part‑Time Hours
300 PM - 1100 PM
Every other weekend availability required (Saturday & Sunday)
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Previous receptionist, customer service, or healthcare experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment
Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment
