Technical Account Manager
Arthrex is a global medical device company and leader in orthopedics medical education.
We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to join the Medical Education team in Naples, Florida. The role will work closely with a team of orthopedic healthcare professionals, world‑class faculty, and product management to support customers using our digital learning products.
Main Objective
The Technical Account Manager is responsible for ensuring Arthrex Medical Education learning program customers are successful by driving adoption, high customer satisfaction, and ensuring customer retention. They facilitate program success by establishing customer goals, measuring performance, and supporting training and technical needs.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Accountable for customer success with Arthrex Medical Affairs learning programs, including onboarding, adoption, retention, health, and satisfaction.
Act as a trusted customer point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle, defining measurable success and ensuring clear communication.
Drive adoption of digital learning programs, using data to provide insights and progress customers through the lifecycle.
Develop, drive, and measure key performance metrics such as satisfaction, retention, churn, volume trends, net promoter score, and overall customer experience health.
Guide customers in developing and enhancing their digital learning programs by providing tools and resources.
Champion Arthrex digital learning products and guide customers toward desired outcomes.
Maintain a cadence of communication about adoption and usage trends, satisfaction, and opportunities for deeper engagement.
Act as the customer liaison for learning software products, evaluating requests and ensuring critical issues are resolved.
Advocate for the customer internally by sharing strategic use‑cases and process improvements.
Contribute to initiatives that improve our approach to customer success.
Develop policies, procedures, knowledge‑base content, and training guides related to support and success.
Engage stakeholders to translate feedback into product requirements and enhancements.
Lead monthly reviews of progress and updates for the leadership team.
Knowledge / Skills

Strong consulting skills and proven results as a trusted advisor.
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and perform under pressure.
Project management and organizational skills for a high‑volume customer base.

Knowledge of digital learning software (Intellum) and ability to articulate its benefits.
Experience in program management within large organizations.
Collaborative, autonomous work habits with a positive attitude.
Self‑directed, creative, resourceful, and responsible work habits.
Experience and Education Required
Bachelor’s degree (preferred business administration or education).
Technical certifications or professional development in PlanHat, Salesforce, Asana preferred.
3+ years of technical account experience in a medical device or technology organization.
Experience with PlanHat, Salesforce, UserPilot, or Asana preferred.
