Position Summary

STS Technical Services is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations in Aurora, Colorado. This role is responsible for overseeing warehouse personnel, driving performance, and ensuring operational success across safety, quality, productivity, and responsiveness.
You will manage a team in a fast‑paced environment, balance workforce needs, and implement process improvements that directly impact efficiency and output. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who knows how to run a floor and get results without cutting corners.
Job Responsibilities

Supervise and support warehouse employees to meet daily operational goals
Counsel team members and address performance through recognition and corrective action
Lead daily team meetings to communicate performance metrics and drive engagement
Plan and assign daily workloads to ensure efficient shift execution
Perform daily Timekeeping System updates to ensure accurate payroll processing
Conduct and document weekly safety observation tours
Enforce shop rules and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Perform daily SOP audits to maintain consistency and quality standards
Use structured problem‑solving methods including A-3 reporting and Quality Network processes
Apply Workplace Organization practices to improve layout, flow, and efficiency
Collaborate with leadership and cross‑functional teams to optimize performance
Monitor contractual requirements and ensure operational alignment
Maintain communication with leadership regarding departmental activities and performance
Qualifications

High school diploma required with 1 to 2 years of technical or business school training
10+ years of relevant warehouse, manufacturing, or operations experience required
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and warehouse procedures
Solid understanding of scheduling systems and workforce management
Knowledge of quality control processes and safety standards
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills in complex environments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams
Basic math skills and general technical proficiency
