Work with preconstruction and supers to get daily reports and updates
Communicate directly with clients on day to day
Preconstruction and estimating of projects
Profile
5+ years of experience as a project manager
Ability to run 3-4 projects at once
Microsoft suite knowledge
Scheduling experience
Ability to do quantity takeoffs and cost estimating
Hard bid experience (nice to have)
