Door Pro America is a leading provider of residential garage doors, and we are currently seeking skilled and experienced Garage Door Installers to join our team. As a Garage Door Installer at Door Pro America, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining garage doors and related components.
Responsibilities
Work independently or as part of a team to install new garage doors, including hardware, tracks, springs, and other necessary components. Diagnose and repair issues with existing garage doors, such as broken springs, malfunctioning openers, or damaged panels. Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring installations are completed to the customer's satisfaction and addressing any questions or concerns.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Garage Door Installer or similar role
Extensive knowledge of garage door systems, including hardware, tracks, springs, and openers
Ability to read and interpret installation manuals and blueprints
Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Professional and courteous demeanor
