A plaintiff‑side litigation firm is seeking a Paralegal with 3+ years of experience to support attorneys handling mesothelioma, asbestos exposure, and toxic tort cases. Candidates with strong plaintiff personal injury backgrounds are also encouraged to apply. What You’ll Do
Support attorneys through all phases of plaintiff litigation
Draft pleadings, discovery, and case documents
Organize medical records, exposure histories, and damages materials
Communicate with clients, providers, experts, and co‑counsel
Assist with depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
Manage a high‑volume docket of asbestos/mesothelioma cases
What You Bring
3+ years as a litigation paralegal
Experience in plaintiff PI, toxic tort, asbestos, or mesothelioma preferred
Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills
Ability to work fully in‑office and collaborate closely with attorneys
