Reliability Technician III
The Reliability Technician III is responsible for keeping production equipment operating at full capacity, performing repairs, overseeing maintenance, and ensuring safety and food safety compliance.

Compensation
Hourly rate: $36.00 - $42.00.

Responsibilities

Ensure all company and OSHA safety programs are followed.

Ensure all GMP policies and food safety procedures are followed.

Ensure all relevant GFSI, FDA, USDA, FSMA, and third‑party audit procedures are followed.

Inspect work for completeness and inform supervisors when assignments/PM are ready for inspection.

Determine required materials, equipment, and supplies; transfer equipment between projects as needed.

Maintain routine records and preventive maintenance (PM) records.

Install, inspect, repair, and maintain electrical, plumbing, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and other related systems in the Reliability department.

Inspect major contract work on mechanical and related systems and assist to understand new installations or changes.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Proficient in mechanic I & II skills with minimal supervision.

Strong understanding of the theory of operations for surrounding production equipment.

Excellent troubleshooting ability during production equipment breakdowns.

Able to perform preventive maintenance and work requests for the Reliability department independently.

Capable of generating value‑added work requests through uptime inspections using ultrasonic devices and other tools.

Education & Experience
High School, GED, or related technical field; at least two years of education and training beyond high school in general maintenance and repair, or a closely related area; five years of maintenance operations experience, including at least two years in a supervisory or lead role.
