Pay
$26.60 - $27.26 / hour, depending on experience and qualifications

Plus $2.00 / hr shift premium for 3rd Shift hours

Schedule
3rd Shift (Sunday – Thursday, 10:30 p.m. – 6:30 a.m.)

Onsite; other days and hours as needed

Job Summary
McKee Foods is seeking a forklift truck operator to join our Shipping Department team.

Replenishing the pick lane locations

Maintain accurate information in WMS

Communicate effectively with team members and primary customers

Load and unload trailers

Shrink wrap pallets

Load and unload cases onto conveyors when needed to fill distributor orders

Operate pallet inverter for Food Service and freezer loads

Cross‑training in other areas

Perform a variety of lift truck assignments to support shipping operation

Clean and perform all other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

Overall good work record (which includes attendance, safety, job performance, flexibility, and team behaviors)

Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a cohesive team environment

Ability to work with computers (data entry)

Basic math skills

Ability to perform moderate to heavy lifting

Capable of reaching work goals with minimal supervision

Demonstrated ability to promote continuous process improvement and LEAN principles

Ability to obtain and maintain a Lift Truck Operator license

DMV Record must be obtained by the Safety Department

Lift Truck vision screen must be completed by Employee Health Services and must meet Lift Truck standards

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge and job experience with (WMS) Warehouse Management System

Previous lift truck operator experience

Previous shipping experience
