Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Construction Project Manager / Estimator located in Broken Arrow, OK. The role involves managing and coordinating construction projects from initial planning phases through successful completion. Responsibilities include overseeing budgets, schedules, workflows, and ensuring projects meet quality standards. The Construction Project Manager / Estimator will also be responsible for preparing and reviewing project estimates, coordinating with clients and subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with design plans and safety regulations.
Qualifications
Proven skills in Construction Project Management, Construction Management, and Project Coordination
Experience in Budgeting and financial decision-making related to construction projects
Strong understanding of Project Management principles, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and leadership abilities, with the capacity to manage diverse teams
Knowledge of relevant construction software and tools
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required)
Prior experience in the construction industry, particularly in similar roles, is a plus
