Responsibilities
Manage industrial, millwright, and steel installation projects
Coordinate site teams including ironworkers and mechanical crews
Oversee equipment installation and mechanical scopes
Handle client communication and resolve site issues
Step into live projects and stabilise delivery
Qualifications
8–15+ years project management experience
Background in millwright work or steel erection
Strong understanding of field operations and installation
Proven ability to handle difficult clients and pressure
Willingness to travel regionally for projects
