Copier Service Technician
in Corpus Christi, Texas who’s part problem-solver, part tech whisperer, and all-around customer service superhero. If you’re the kind of person who loves digging into the nuts and bolts of machines and can troubleshoot like a pro, we want to meet you. Responsibilities
Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
Produce timely and detailed service reports.
Follow all company procedures and protocols.
Cooperate with the technical team and share information across the organization.
Understand customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings.
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications.
Build positive relationships with customers and work as part of a cohesive team within the shop to meet customer needs.
Follow all safety practices and help maintain company vehicles, inventory and tools in proper working order.
Maintain knowledge on existing products and pursue additional technical and product knowledge through dealership training programs.
Maintain communication with the customer and answer questions related to the work performed; make recommendations for additional work as needed.
Qualifications
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Ability to manage service calls that require more time than anticipated without becoming frustrated or rushing a job.
Superb customer service skills and the ability to diagnose and solve problems from non-technical descriptions provided by customers.
