Workday: Start/end time will vary, shift will be 8 hours/day within 7am - 6pm Monday thru Friday, to be scheduled by manager
On-call - Rotation (every 4 weeks): 6pm – 7am Monday thru Friday, 24x7 weekends and holidays.

We are seeking a skilled Printer / Copier Field Service Technician to support a large hospital environment. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing print and imaging equipment while ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have strong electro-mechanical skills, hands-on experience with break/fix of printers/copiers, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain printers, copiers, and imaging devices
Respond to service calls and meet SLA requirements
Install equipment and manage device configurations
Perform preventive maintenance and scheduled servicing
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions
Manage and track parts inventory and consumables
Provide meter reads and maintain accurate service documentation
Train end-users on device usage and features
Communicate service updates, ETA, and resolution status to customers
Support print fleet optimization and device assessments
Collaborate with operations and project teams during deployments
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2–5 years of experience in printer/copier repair (break/fix)
Strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills
Experience with imaging devices and print technologies
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls
Basic computer skills for reporting and system updates
