Overview
We are hiring a
Field Service Technician II
to perform
on-site repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of copiers, printers, and multi-function printers (MFPs) . This is a
customer-facing, field-based role
ideal for technicians experienced in
break/fix service, diagnostics, and equipment uptime support .
Key Responsibilities
Perform
break/fix repair and preventive maintenance
on copiers, printers, and MFPs
Diagnose and resolve
hardware, networking, and print issues
on-site
Respond to
field service calls
quickly and professionally
Complete
service reports, work orders, and documentation
Ensure
equipment uptime and performance standards
Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
Follow
safety protocols and site requirements
Qualifications
1–2+ years of experience
in printer/copier/MFP repair or field service
Strong
troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Basic knowledge of
networking and internet environments
Ability to travel locally ( valid driver's license required )
Comfortable working
on-call, shifts, and in a 24/7 environment
Ability to lift
up to 50 lbs
and perform physical tasks
Must be able to pass
background/security clearances
Preferred
Experience with
digital imaging equipment, print systems, or managed print services (MPS)
Strong
customer service and communication skills
Compensation & Benefits
$25–$27/hour
Monthly auto allowance
or company vehicle option
