Basic Qualifications

Lead daily manufacturing operations across areas such as assembly, machining, and production support.
Coordinate closely with engineering, quality, and production control teams.
Run cross‑functional meetings to align priorities, remove blockers, and drive results.
Monitor and improve performance in quality, schedule, and cost targets.
Identify and support process improvements to increase efficiency and consistency.
Coach and develop team members through clear expectations, feedback, and support.

Manage hiring, training, performance, and employee relations.
