For over 25 years, IJM has pioneered the work to protect vulnerable people from violence. 9 out of 9 times in the last decade, IJM’s Justice System Strengthening Projects have reduced slavery and violence between 50 and 85% for very large populations of people in poverty. As we grow to expand our impact to protect 500 million people from violence, we are seeking a support operational systems and processes across Global Resources, with a particular focus on Trips to the Field and the Speakers Bureau, ensuring effective coordination, communication, and *local candidates. It reports to the Global Resource Operations Manager and is only available for candidates with the right to work in the US.*# **Responsibilities**Ensure requesting teams meet training, hosting, and policy requirements prior to engagements; Collaborate with Finance and other internal teams to ensure honorariums and compensation are processed when applicable; # **Qualifications:**3–5 years of experience in business operations, logistics, or a related operational role;Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of projects and tasks simultaneously to completion; Experience working crossExperience communicating with and producing materials for executive audiences. Strong interpersonal skills and relational maturity; Ability to navigate tense or challenging conversations with humility and collaboration;
