For over 25 years, IJM has pioneered the work to protect vulnerable people from violence. 9 out of 9 times in the last decade, IJM’s Justice System Strengthening Projects have reduced slavery and violence between 50 and 85% for very large populations of people in poverty. As we grow to expand our impact to protect 500 million people from violence, we are seeking a Global Risk Data & Analytics Fellow to join our Global Risk team.The Risk subfunction is designing a risk management framework and setting enterprise risk strategy, while providing risk management support across the organization. The Global Risk Data & Analytics Fellow is a unique opportunity for a data-driven and risk-minded professional to apply private sector rigor to non-profit risk management. The Fellow can expect their tasks to include:

**General Qualifications and Required Skills**

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience;Proficiency in analytics tools, data science, and data risk management; Advanced Excel and experience with trend analysis and developing metrics;Experience in Finance or Risk in corporate setting preferred;Ability to translate complex data for non-technical audiences and develop data requirements from scratch;

Strong problem-solving skills; and Ability to build trust and strong partnerships with others;
