What We’re Looking For
An Engineering Intern who will work on project-based internships in development, controls, testing procedures, or sequence of operation documentation. The role involves research and design tasks, 3D modeling, and engineering documentation with increasing complexity, guided by structured goals and objectives.
Responsibilities
Assist engineering management with research and design tasks in Structural Design Engineering.
Deliver on inspiring projects under the guidance of a manager who provides coaching, mentoring, and direction.
Basic Qualifications
Enrollment in a 4-year engineering degree program.
Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
Preferred Qualifications
Rising Junior to Rising Senior progressing toward a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Structural, or Industrial Engineering.
Analytical and conceptual thinking, using logic and reason, creative and strategic thinking.
Effective statistical analysis skills.
Effective research and communication skills.
Strong written and oral communication.
Problem solving – being able to solve complex problems effectively and efficiently.
SolidWorks 3D modeling experience.
Desired Attributes
Strong Business Acumen and Sound Judgment.
Builds and Manages Collaborative Relationships.
Results Driven.
