Interview Process
HM will want to conduct a TEAMS video interview and follow up face-to-face if selected for a second interview.
This role will be 100% onsite Monday through Friday with standard work hours.
Qualifications
Recruiting experience focused on professional roles.
Experience building a pipeline of candidates through various sources.
Ability to research and build call lists and conduct direct cold calls to proactively recruit A-level candidates.
Proficiency in resume screening, phone interviewing, and referral of qualified candidates to managers.
Excellent communication skills to maintain ongoing dialogue with hiring managers and understand their needs.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement creative recruiting strategies.
Determine and manage key sources to proactively source viable candidates.
Work with hiring managers to develop a search strategy for open positions.
Screen, distribute, and track resumes.
Conduct phone interviews and recommend next steps to managers.
Follow up closely on interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Extend offers and close candidates.
