Senior PA Workers’ Compensation Defense Counsel

Acadiana Renal Physicians is seeking a Pennsylvania State Bar licensed attorney to manage workers' compensation cases from inception to resolution. The role demands strong legal research and writing skills, analytical abilities, and a minimum of 5 years of workers' compensation litigation experience. The attorney will represent the Employer/Carrier in court, prepare pleadings and motions, and ensure effective client communication. Knowledge of Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation statutes and good standing with the Bar is mandatory.
