We are a boutique luxury interior design firm specializing in high‑end residential and hospitality environments defined by thoughtful detailing, layered materiality, and timeless sophistication. Our work is defined by a deep understanding of architecture, layered materials, and thoughtfully resolved colour environments.
We are seeking a Junior Interior Designer with exceptional hand drawing ability and a refined approach to colour development to join our team. This role is ideal for a designer with strong foundational abilities who is eager to grow within a collaborative, design‑driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop hand sketches, elevations, and perspective renderings to communicate design intent
Assist in creating fully resolved colour palettes and material schemes for high‑end residential projects
Support senior designers in concept development and design refinement
Prepare mood boards, presentation materials, and client‑facing visuals
Contribute to FF&E selections, material research, and sample coordination
Participate in site visits and installation support as needed
Required Qualifications
Degree in Interior Design or related field
1–3 years of professional experience (luxury residential or hospitality preferred)
Strong hand drawing and hand rendering abilities (required)
Demonstrated ability to develop thoughtful, cohesive, and sophisticated colour palettes
Understanding of scale, proportion, and spatial composition
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite (SketchUp/Revit a plus)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Confidence in sketching by hand during concept development

Applicants must submit a portfolio that clearly demonstrates:
Hand sketches and hand renderings
Fully developed colour and material schemes
Process work (concept to resolution)
Residential projects (academic or professional)
