Your Impact

As Shift Supervisor, you’ll ensure production operations run smoothly and efficiently, maintaining quality standards and driving team performance to support Accelevation’s rapid growth. This position directly supervises our shipping operations, managing and mentoring our teams while upholding Accelevation\'s core values.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers
Manage daily shipping operations
Train and develop production staff to improve their skills and knowledge
Ensure that production schedules are met and that products meet quality standards
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Collaborate with other departments to improve production processes and efficiency
Monitor and maintain inventory levels of raw materials and finished products
Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in a warehouse and shipping environment
Forklift experience required, certifications preferred
Strong experience in shipping and logistics
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Knowledge of manufacturing machine equipment
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
High school diploma or equivalent

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Employees must be able to talk, hear, and frequently sit, with occasional standing, walking, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling. Regular lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs is required. Vision requirements include close and color vision and focus adjustment. Work may involve exposure to moving mechanical parts, airborne particles, chemicals, electrical hazards, and explosives. Noise levels can be very loud, requiring ear protection.
