International Service Coordinator
Location: Carson, CA. Employment Type: Full‑Time/Hybrid. Pay Range: $65,000 – $70,000 annually.
GracoRoberts is seeking an experienced International Service Coordinator to support a global customer and supplier in the Aerospace and Defense industry. This role focuses on sourcing approved products, supporting RFQs and bid proposals, managing purchase orders, and serving as a key liaison for international accounts.
What You’ll Do
Obtain vendor quotes to support customer RFQs and bid proposals
Source, develop, and manage domestic and international suppliers
Create, manage, and update purchase orders to ensure on‑time delivery
Communicate order status, confirmations, and updates to customers
Resolve non‑conformance issues and assist with invoice discrepancies
Support freight activities including quotes, bookings, and shipment tracking
Identify cost‑saving opportunities and collaborate with Supply Chain and Sales
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree preferred or 5+ years of Aerospace/Defense purchasing experience
5+ years in a similar role with direct customer interaction
Aerospace chemicals, hardware, and MRO purchasing experience strongly preferred
Experience working with international customers and suppliers preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
