Scholar Access & Partnerships Coordinator

Securing Degrees, Atlanta, GA, United States

ABOUT SECURING DEGREES
Securing Degrees is an EdTech scholarship coaching platform on a mission to make free college the new normal. We help students across the country win millions in scholarships through our ScholarPro platform, one-on-one coaching, and institutional partnerships with charter schools and college access nonprofits.

We’re a small, fast-moving team with big results, and we’re growing. This is a ground-floor opportunity to be part of something that’s genuinely changing the trajectory of students’ lives.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Scholar Access & Partnerships Coordinator, you’ll sit at the heart of how Securing Degrees grows and serves, building new institutional relationships, supporting our B2B partners day-to-day, running discovery consultations for prospective scholars, and helping us show up powerfully at events and in the community. This is a high-visibility role where your work directly shapes how many students get access to life-changing scholarship support.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Identify, pitch, and close new B2B institutional partnerships with charter schools, nonprofits, and community organizations

Serve as the day-to-day relationship owner for existing partners

Oversee the B2B sales pipeline and track key outreach and conversion metrics

Ensure partners receive accurate monthly progress reports on time

Conduct discovery consultations for prospective students (direct-to-consumer and B2B-referred)

Co-facilitate in-person and virtual scholarship seminars for students and families

Support Open Houses and recruitment events to bring new scholars into Securing Degrees programs

Add scholarships to the ScholarPro platform (front end and back end)

Support the CEO on partnership calls, with the expectation of independently leading calls over time

Support marketing efforts as needed — social content, event promotion, and community outreach

WHO YOU ARE

High-energy, warm, and genuinely excited about expanding college access for underrepresented students

Strong communicator — you can pitch a partner, run a consultation, and write a sharp follow-up email all in the same day

Entrepreneurial and adaptable — you thrive in a small, fast-moving startup and don’t need a manual for every situation

Self-directed — you manage your own pipeline, flag problems early, and follow through without micromanagement

Experience in EdTech, education nonprofits, college access, or B2B sales and partnerships

Preferred: Familiarity with scholarship coaching, the HBCU ecosystem, or the charter school sector

Preferred: Atlanta-area based
