Responsibilities
Ensure safety and orderliness of buildings and grounds.
Maintain and repair basic functions of the center.
Responsibly manage tools and equipment such as HVAC filters, conducting minor repairs as needed.
Provide exceptional service to customers, families, and employees in a compassionate environment.

Requirements for Maintenance Assistant
Previous experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) is preferred, but not required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Basic knowledge of wiring, plumbing, and carpentry
A strong willingness to learn and contribute to our team
