Location
Remote with regular in-person client meetings in the Memphis, TN market (candidates must be based in or near the Memphis area). Travel up to 30%.

Note
Must have 2+ years of business development or account management experience specifically in a TSDF or hazardous waste environmental services environment (no exceptions). Must have permanent U.S. work authorization.

Job Description

Grow inbound hazardous and non-hazardous industrial waste volume for a Memphis, TN Treatment, Storage, and Disposal Facility (TSDF)

Prospect and win new business with generators and brokers across manufacturing, chemical, refinery, and industrial markets

Qualify waste streams, guide profiling conversations, and align customer needs to treatment options and facility capabilities

Negotiate pricing, service strategy, and logistics in partnership with Operations, Transportation, and Compliance

Manage pipeline activity, forecasting, and reporting in HubSpot CRM

Build relationships with EHS leaders, procurement, plant managers, and engineers

Represent the company at industry events and strengthen regional market presence

Share market intel to support commercial strategy and continuous improvement

Qualifications

2+ years of business development or account management experience in TSDF, hazardous waste, or environmental services

Working knowledge of RCRA regulations, hazardous waste codes, and waste profiling concepts

Experience selling to industrial accounts and or broker networks (manufacturing, chemical, refinery, industrial)

Comfortable in a consultative, value-based sales process with strong negotiation skills

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 30%
