Job description
This position is responsible for supervising a crew of 10-20 maintenance personnel, journeymen, and head custodian/plant managers, through the principal, engaged in the maintenance and operation of buildings, building equipment and grounds. Their primary duties are to spend a major portion of their time communicating with, motivating, training, and evaluating employees, planning and directing their work and tracking the work orders through completion.
