Permanent Stores Person
– located at HMP Holme House, Holme House Road, Stockton-on-Tees TS18 2QU.
Salary:
£27,426 .
Hours: 39 hours per week, rota basis 07:30 – 16:00 Monday‑Friday (finish at 15:00 Friday).
What you will do
Control of stock
Delivery of items in a timely manner to prisoners and around the prison to staff
Supervise prisoners working in the Stores
Collect any items locally as and when required
What you will bring
Comfortable working alongside prisoners
Driving licence
Knowledge of manual handling is desirable
Experience working within a similar stock/store room environment
Prison Security Clearance including Standard DBS will be required (Amey will support you through this process).
