Forklift Operator (Reach Truck/ EPJ)

We are looking for a reliable and versatile Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. This high‑energy role requires a team‑first attitude and versatile skills to support overall warehouse flow.
Shift: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday – Friday). Pay: $20.00/hr, with overtime and occasional Saturdays as required.
Key Responsibilities
Equipment Operation: Expertly operate Reach Trucks and Electric Pallet Jacks (EPJ) to move inventory safely.
Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick orders and prepare them for shipment.
Loading & Unloading: Assist with the manual loading and unloading of trailers.
Pallet Prep: Wrap pallets securely and stage them for outbound transport.
Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
Requirements
Experience: Proven hands‑on experience with Reach Trucks and Electric Pallet Jacks.
Work Ethic: Solid attendance record and dependable, hardworking mindset.
Team Player: Willingness to perform manual warehouse duties outside of forklift operation.
Safety Gear: Steel‑toed boots are strictly required.
Physical Ability: Comfortable with continuous movement, lifting, and bending throughout the shift.
Work environment: Smoke‑free, non‑temperature‑controlled setting.
