Job Description
We are seeking a detail‑oriented
Production / Supply Chain Scheduler
to support manufacturing operations by developing and maintaining production schedules. This role will ensure efficient resource utilization, timely product delivery, and smooth coordination across cross‑functional teams.
The ideal candidate will have experience in scheduling, supply chain planning, and working within manufacturing or regulated environments. You will play a key role in monitoring production progress, resolving scheduling conflicts, and optimizing planning processes to improve overall productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain production and supply chain schedules
Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, and logistics teams
Monitor production progress and resolve scheduling conflicts
Ensure availability of materials, equipment, and resources
Analyze data and KPIs to improve scheduling efficiency
Support process improvements and operational excellence initiatives
Communicate updates and risks to stakeholders
Maintain accurate scheduling data in ERP/MRP systems
