We are looking for a self-driven human resources professional with healthcare experience to join our HR team at Memorial Health!
What You'll Do
Support assigned departments with all HR Functions including: talent acquisition/recruiting efforts, interview candidates, talent development, employee relations, terminations, build relationships with staff and management team.
Support our recruiting team with organizational needs.
Special projects as assigned.
What You'll Bring / Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
3 - 5 years of experience in human resources, recruitment, and/or employee relations.
Preferred: PHR or SHRM certification(s).
