This role is different because the People Advisor at WelbeHealth:
Partners directly with Executive Directors and interdisciplinary leaders, advising in real-time on workforce stability, leadership effectiveness, and team performance that directly impact care for vulnerable seniors, unlike a traditional HR role
Translates engagement data, turnover trends, and operational KPIs into actionable workforce strategies - creating succession plans, staffing models, and leadership development priorities while navigating a regulated healthcare environment

On the day-to-day, you will:
Serve as a trusted, strategic advisor to Executive Directors and Center or Client Group leadership teams, providing guidance on people strategy, leadership effectiveness, culture, and organizational performance, as well as participating in center leadership/client group tacticals and offsites to support alignment and execution
Partner with leaders to develop workforce and talent strategies including succession planning, talent reviews, staffing models, and leadership development priorities, and work closely with Talent Acquisition to anticipate hiring needs, refine job requirements, and proactively identify and address workforce risks
Collaborate with Workforce Learning & Performance to strengthen supervisor capability and reinforce consistent leadership behaviors and expectations, as well as collaborate with Employee Relations, Legal, and People Operations on sensitive matters, providing context and insights to support consistent, values-based resolution
Build and promote effective use of People tools such as the supervisor scorecards and performance dashboards to support accountability and development
Support center leaders/client groups in interpreting engagement results, turnover trends, and workforce indicators, translating data into action plans that improve team experience and retention
Use KPIs to monitor performance, ensure accountability, and surface actionable insights to support ongoing improvement efforts
Act as a connector between the Centers or Client Groups and the broader People team by bringing forward insights, themes, and opportunities to inform People programs, policies, and services
Job Requirements Include:
Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree and HR certifications (SPHR, SHRM-SCP, sHRBP) preferred; healthcare experience preferred
Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive HR/People experience, including advising leaders and supporting multi-site or complex operating environments
Demonstrated ability to coach leaders and influence at the senior level without direct authority
Strong understanding of workforce planning, talent management, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness
Experience using data, HR metrics, and workforce insights to identify trends, inform recommendations, and support decision-making
Skilled in change management, including supporting leaders through ambiguity and driving alignment during periods of growth or transformation
Ability to travel as needed

Compensation consists of base salary plus bonus. WelbeHealth offers a competitive total rewards package that includes a 401(k) match, comprehensive healthcare coverage, and a broad range of additional benefits. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and relevant qualifications.
Compensation Offering $159,939 — $211,119 USD
