
HR Project Manager (SAP/SuccessFactors)

We are seeking a strategic and experienced HR Project Manager to lead mid-to-high complexity projects within our Human Resources and IT departments. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our HR system implementations—with a strong focus on SAP/SuccessFactors. You will act as the bridge between HR and IT workstreams, ensuring seamless integration, effective resource utilization, and the successful delivery of critical initiatives.

What You Will Do (Responsibilities):
End-to-End Project Management:
Plan, monitor, and manage the full scope, resources, and deliverables of assigned HR technology projects using industry best practices.
System Implementation:
Drive the integration and implementation of internal and third‑party technologies, specifically SAP/SuccessFactors.
Schedule & Resource Tracking:
Build comprehensive project schedules using MS Project and Visio, identify critical paths, and track milestones.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and team meetings. Provide succinct, clear status presentations to all levels of leadership.
Risk & Scope Management:
Proactively identify roadblocks, secure leadership influence to remove them, and rigorously manage scope creep.
Change Management:
Facilitate organizational change management related to system rollouts to ensure high adoption rates and smooth transitions.
What You Bring (Qualifications):
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of dedicated project management experience.
Specialized Knowledge:
2–3 years of HR system implementation experience (SAP/SuccessFactors experience is highly preferred). General HR domain experience is a strong plus.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, a technical field, Education, or Science/Mathematics.
Technical Proficiency:
Highly proficient in MS Office, specifically MS Project and Visio.
Core Skills:
Demonstrated analytical mindset, strong process engineering abilities, and the capacity to communicate and influence effectively across all levels of an organization.
