Position Summary
Manager of Talent Acquisition will innovate, execute, and collaborate on Talent Strategy, including search strategies and critical activities such as candidate identification, engagement, diversity recruitment, pipeline development, and long‑term talent cultivation while supporting strategic enterprise recruiting programs. Acting as a thought partner to the Talent Experience leadership team, this role will help lead and execute full‑life‑cycle talent acquisition and onboarding efforts. Reporting directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition, this role will be critical in driving Travere’s Talent Acquisition growth and evolution, ultimately enabling exceptional hiring at Travere.

Responsibilities

Full‑Cycle Recruitment: Manage end‑to‑end process including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

Sourcing Strategies: develop and implement innovative strategies to attract top talent via job boards, social media, networking, and industry events.

Candidate Experience: ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain clear, timely communication with all candidates.

Employer Branding: collaborate with stakeholders to enhance employer branding efforts and promote Travere as a top employer of choice.

Partnership Development: build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and provide guidance on best practices.

Reporting: track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness and make data‑driven recommendations for improvement.

Compliance: ensure all recruitment activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

Project Management: lead and manage recruitment‑related projects, including system implementations, process improvements, and special initiatives.

Education & Experience Requirements

Minimum of 6 years of relevant in‑house recruitment experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.

Workday Experience highly preferred, or comparable HRIS.

All positions require the essential job function to perform face‑to‑face work with colleagues and/or onsite in San Diego; no role is expected to be 100% remote.
