Position Summary
This role leads full-cycle talent acquisition across the organization, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for both operational and corporate roles. The position plays a key role in supporting workforce needs and driving recruiting strategies aligned with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities
Contribute to and execute talent acquisition strategies
Manage full-cycle recruitment for operational, technical, and corporate roles
Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill technical and field positions, including direct outreach, community partnerships, and workforce programs
Build and maintain relationships with trade schools, technical institutes, workforce development organizations, industry associations, and universities
Support workforce planning initiatives across operational and corporate functions
Partner with hiring managers in both field and office environments to ensure timely staffing of critical roles
Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates
Coordinate and track pre-employment processes, including background checks, screenings, and employment eligibility verification
Utilize applicant tracking and onboarding systems to deliver a strong candidate experience
Lead onsite hiring events, field interviews, and recruitment campaigns as needed
Assist with reporting, special projects, and other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
3+ years of Human Resources experience, with a focus on full-cycle recruiting
Experience recruiting for both operational/field and corporate/professional roles preferred
Experience in high-volume or skilled trades recruiting strongly preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
