Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced
Sr Corporate Recruiter
that will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across key functions. This role partners closely with business leaders to attract, engage, and hire top talent while delivering a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience. The ideal candidate brings strong market insight, consultative partnership, and a data-driven approach to talent acquisition. Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid- to senior-level roles across corporate functions Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand talent needs, workforce planning, and role requirements Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract diverse, high-quality talent Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on market trends, hiring strategies, and best practices Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and company culture Manage and improve the candidate experience from initial contact through offer and onboarding Track, analyze, and report on recruiting metrics Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and company policies Contribute to process improvements, employer branding initiatives, and recruiting programs Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, or related field 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate or in-house environment Experience recruiting for complex or hard-to-fill roles Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools Preferred Qualifications
Strong sourcing skills using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing hiring decisions Essential Skills And Abilities
Demonstrated strong attention to detail in completing tasks and reviewing work Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information Proactive mindset, anticipating needs and taking appropriate action independently Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience interpreting data and presenting insights Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently Business acumen inclination: interested in learning and understanding the structure, operation, and challenges of the business Service-orientation: embrace opportunity to go “above and beyond” to help others; consistently demonstrate care and concern Working Conditions
Hybrid: This role is partially remote, and the associate is expected to perform assigned responsibilities from a combined home-based and office-based environment. Pay And Benefits
The following information is provided in accordance with applicable state and local laws. Compensation is based on experience, geographic locations, and other legally permitted factors. The expected compensation for this role is between $83,000 and $103,000 annually. This role may also be eligible to participate in an annual incentive plan. Benefits for this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance; pre-tax spending accounts; 401k with company match; paid time off; short-term and long-term disability; and life insurance.
