Hematology/Oncology Physician

Permanent Physician - Hematology Oncology in Detroit, MI
Shift: Weekday daytime schedule (leadership + clinical mix)
Start Date: Upon Credentialing
Patient Population: Adults
Setting: Academic Health System / Hospital
Responsibilities: Provide leadership and oversight of hematology/oncology division, manage clinical and research programs, supervise physicians, participate in clinical care ( 25%), drive strategic and operational initiatives
Required Procedures: Hematology and oncology clinical care, chemotherapy management
EMR System: Epic
Support Staff: Multidisciplinary oncology team and administrative leadership
Days Per Month: Full-time
On-Call/Weekends: Optional call and weekend coverage
Requirements:

• Board Certified in Hematology and Medical Oncology
• Completion of Hematology/Oncology Fellowship
• Michigan Medical License (or willing to obtain)
• DEA and ACLS required
